SM39PCRD explosion-proof pressure sensor features high accuracy and high stability. The sensing element uses American raw materials and BH series foil strain gauges produced with proprietary processing technology from BEAN Company (USA) as the force-to-electricity conversion component. The transmitter (amplifier) employs a high-precision, low-drift instrumentation amplifier as the main amplification device, with specially selected feedback components.

Overall temperature coefficient is excellent, solder joints are minimized, the unit is compact, and shock resistance is high. Integrated temperature compensation technology applies precise compensation to the signal, which is then amplified and converted into a standard 4~20 mA or 1~5 V output. It interfaces directly with DDZ-III or DDZ-S series instruments, industrial computers, or distributed control systems to enable automatic measurement and control in production processes. Widely applicable in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, light industry, building materials, research, and other fields. It is the preferred product for industrial process control.
